About the Author
Veronica R. de Almeida was first published in 2016 when a chapter she wrote was featured in the book In the Spirit of Jershon. Since that time, she has developed a love for writing. In addition to sitting on several boards, she is actively involved in managing her own real estate rental business.
Veronica is a native of El Salvador and a former teacher. She was appointed Honorary Consul of El Salvador to Utah in 2001. Her interests include Latin American studies, politics, religion, reading, writing, family history, and spending time with her grandchildren. Veronica and her husband blended two families making them the parents of eleven children and twenty-eight grandchildren.
Recently they have served in several international and domestic areas on assignment from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including the Caribbean, the Philippines, South America, The United States and Canada. She currently resides in Utah.
